Renteero is the alternative to cash deposits that makes a difference for you and your tenants. By placing a pre-authorization on the tenant’s account through our open banking technology, trust is established, without needing to accept cash, take on new risk, or sacrifice customer accountability.
To qualify for Renteero, we require tenants to enable a secure Billing Authorization for the deposit amount through our open banking technology. In exchange for a small monthly fee, we can continuously monitor and guarantee that a tenant would have the ability to repay any end-of-tenancy charges.
Our secure Billing Authorization then enables owners and managers to charge renters up to the established deposit amount at the end of their lease. Renteero will initiate the payment to owners immediately, and then collect the amount from the tenants.
