Our open Banking uses bank-level security and end-to-end encryption to establish a secure connection directly with the landlord's bank to securely transfer and certify your deposit payment.

Roughly 70% of tenancies end without any charges due at the end of tenancy. In these cases, there's nothing else for you to do. if you choose a traditional deposit, our open-banking technology will transfer the amount directly to your bank account in no time. If you went deposit-free, there is no waiting around for your deposit to be repaid!
If there are charges, will notify you of these and give you the option to accept and pay, or raise a dispute, which can be settled in small court directly with your property owner. Please note that you must settle any amounts owed at the end of tenancy. Not doing so could affect your credit rating, and Renteero reserves the right to pursue legal action until the balance is settled.
Renteero is offered through our network of lettings agents, property managers and build-to-rent partners. If your property is managed by a Renteero partner, they will handle Renteero on your behalf. If your agent does not yet use Renteero, get in touch to refer them to us.
