Never waste time with bank accounts or handling cash again. Our simple onboarding helps you and your tenants get set up fast. 

Leveraging the latest KYC and open-banking technology, Renteero is able to verify tenant identity and financial accountability straight from the source. Emailing and manually checking documents is a thing of the past.


If the tenants meet your eligibility criteria, our open banking technology let them pay a traditional deposit to you electronically. Our open-banking technology uses bank-level security and end-to-end encryption to establish a secure connection directly with the tenant's bank to securely transfer and certify the deposit payment. Tenants authenticate with their bank using SCA for peace of mind knowing fraudsters are kept at bay.


Once checked out, you will have 30 days to raise end of tenancy charges for any damage, missed bills and rent. If no charges are to be raised, no further action is required.


You can only charge up to to the deposit amount for damages or missed rent, and unreasonable charges may be disputed through any of the same legal channels as defined in the lease and/or provided by law, just like a traditional deposit.
